Yukiko Yanagi won the Vanemuine Ballet Colleague Award

Vanemuine Theatre has a tradition of organizing a award ceremony at the end of every season. During the voting, the best colleagues of all departments were also revealed, and in 2022, the ballet troupe award was given to a ballet soloist Yukiko Yanagi. Yukiko Yanagi has been dancing at Vanemuine since 2015, and this season we could see her in roles such as Flora (“Firebird / Scheherazade” Amarante), Galatea, Woman (“Metamorphoses” Traylen/Jordan/Grib), Beatrice, Princess of Russia, Swan – (“Swan Lake” Zuska).
